Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, sausage or ham
    10 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 slices fresh bread, broken up
    1 c. grated or cubed cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat and drain.
    Beat eggs, salt, dry mustard and milk. Layer bread, cubed meat and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased.
    Pour egg mixture over top.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake in morning at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
