Pork In Lime Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/4 lb. pork tenderloins
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped shallots
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. beef stock
1 c. whipping cream (unwhipped)
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Heat oil in heavy ovenproof skillet over high heat.
Add pork and brown on all sides, turning frequently.
Transfer skillet with pork to oven and roast pork about 20 minutes, until done.
