Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. raw peanuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

In small saucepan cook sugar and water to soft ball stage (234\u00b0 to 240\u00b0).
Add raw peanuts, continue cooking until syrup is light brown and meets hard crack test (300\u00b0 to 310\u00b0).
