Salsa, For Flavor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes, finely chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
    1 tsp. mustard powder
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a large jar with a lid.
    Shake until well mixed.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Serve with corn chips, over vegetables or as a sauce on top of a Mexican dish. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
