Ma'S Carrot Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil and sugar together in a bowl.
    Add rest of ingredients until blended well.
    Fill cupcake pans, lined with cupcake papers, 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tops are browned.
    Makes 2 dozen.
