Beef And Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 (10 oz.) cans beef consomme
    2 soup cans of water
    2 c. diced raw potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 tsp. dried marjoram
Preparation
    Heat butter in 4 to 5 quart Dutch oven over medium-low heat. Add onions, garlic and ground beef.
    Saute until brown about 10 minutes.
    Add tomatoes breaking into smaller pieces as you stir well.
    Add remaining ingredients and boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Ladle into soup bowls and top with cheese toast.
