Reuben Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. Blue Bonnet margarine
    1 can corned beef (ham)
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced (American and Provolone)
    1 egg white, beaten
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. Fleischmann's Rapid Rise yeast
    1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing (Ranch)
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drain well and squeeze out
    caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Set aside 1 cup flour.
    In a large bowl mix remaining flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Put in 1 tablespoon margarine.
    Add hot water and stir.
