Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
2/3 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 (4 oz.) can coconut
Preparation

Cream margarine, shortening and sugar in mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Blend in eggs.
Add remaining ingredients in order listed, mixing well after each addition.
Pour into greased 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Yields 16 servings.
