Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. carrots, grated or shredded
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients until smooth.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add last 3 ingredients and stir well.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Frost with vanilla or cream cheese frosting.
