Casserole Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1/2 to 1 c. milk, scalded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 Tbsp. dehydrated onions (to taste)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes; drain well. Add all other ingredients except milk.
    Mix well, adding milk a little at a time.
    (Don't let potatoes get too mushy.)
    Put in casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
