Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 small cans mushrooms (stock and all)
    1 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    3/4 c. Pet milk
    1 stick oleo or butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Cook rice and drain.
    Add all other ingredients, sauteed in oleo.
    Blend well.
    This is enough for two casseroles.
    Freezes well.
    Bake in 200\u00b0 oven.
    If desired, top with grated cheese and melt the cheese just before serving.
