Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin or lump crab meat
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    a sprinkle of black pepper
    1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. grated sharp Cheese
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish and place crab in it.
    Make a white sauce, using the margarine, flour and milk.
    Add all spices and pour sauce over crab meat and sprinkle top with the cheese.
    Cook in moderate oven for about 35 minutes.
