Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. cake flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add other ingredients; roll mixture into small balls.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Place on platter covered with powdered sugar and sprinkle sugar over them.
