Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 bananas
    20 oz. crushed pineapple
    24 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    20 oz. canned pears, chopped
    20 oz. canned apricots, chopped
    12 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain and combine pineapple, pears and apricots.
    Slice bananas into thawed orange juice.
    Combine all of the fruits except the strawberries.
    Add sugar and lemon juice to the chopped fruits.
    Carefully stir in the thawed strawberries. Yields 25 servings.
