Del Sol Garden Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Del Sol vegetables, thawed
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    4 Tbsp. butter
    6 eggs
    2 c. ham, cubed
    2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute vegetables, onion, mushrooms and garlic in butter for 5 to 7 minutes. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add ham, cheeses, seasonings and vegetables.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until eggs are puffed and set.
