Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Cream the sugar, shortening, eggs and vanilla together, then add the rest of ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 35 to 50 minutes. Square tin pan is best to use.
