Sausage Loaf - Stuffed - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf sourdough or French bread
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 c. beer
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    optional: onions, green peppers, mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut bread in half lengthwise.
    Pull crumbs from each section leaving approximately 1/2-inch crust.
    You should have about 3 cups of crumbs.
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Over low heat, stir in crumbs, beer, spaghetti and tomato sauce.
    Stuff bread with meat mixture.
    Place loaf together and wrap in foil.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
