Beef And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 of 2 lb. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. dressing mix
Preparation
    Cook meat until very tender.
    Line 9 x 9-inch pan with foil. Place vegetables in pan.
    Combine other ingredients (except dressing mix) with stew meat.
    Bring to boil.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Pat down evenly.
    Sprinkle dressing mix over mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 6 large servings.
