Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1 small onion
    chopped celery
    salt and pepper
    2 or 3 slices bread
Preparation
    Crumble bread and soak in milk.
    Mix all together and make into thick patties.
    Brown on all sides.
    Add a \"tiny bit\" of water and simmer.
    Make gravy and pour over steaks.
    Can be made and put in gravy in oven to finish.
