Rice Pudding(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 egg
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. golden raisins
    2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites and egg in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bake, uncovered, 50 to 60 minutes, stirring after 30 minutes, until knife inserted halfway between center and edges comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.
    Immediately refrigerate any remaining pudding.
    Makes 8 servings.
