Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper
1 beaten egg yolk
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 Tbsp. sherry
1 can crabmeat
Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs
little pie shells or pastry shells
Preparation

Stir together butter and flour over medium heat; add milk. Stir until slightly thick.
Take off heat and add egg yolk, salt and pepper.
Heat and stir continuously.
As it thickens, add cheese, the sherry and crabmeat.
Put into shells; sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Heat in hot oven until bubbly and brown on top.
