Sad Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. brown sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. Bisquick (or biscuit mix)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
7 oz. coconut
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
-
Mix sugar with eggs, then stir in oil and biscuit mix.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake in oblong pan at 325\u00b0
for 45 minutes.
Middle of cake will fall when almost done.
Cool, cut in squares to serve.
