Breakfast Souffle(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread (any kind)
    1 lb. Cheddar or Jack cheese
    2 c. diced ham
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter and cut crusts off bread.
    Cut in 1-inch squares. Place 1/2 of bread cubes in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Shred Cheddar or Jack cheese and place 1/2 of the cheese on bread cubes. Dice 1 1/2 slices of ham, about 1/2-inch thick, or have butcher dice about 2 cups.
    Place on top of shredded cheese.
    Place other 1/2 of bread crumbs over that.
    Top with last 1/2 of shredded cheese.
