Pound Cake, Golden - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream the butter and shortening.
    Gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour.
    Mix just until blended.
    Stir in flavorings.
    Pour batter into greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
    Cool 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan.
