Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. old fashioned oatmeal
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. canola or corn oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. honey
    1 c. nuts (pecans, sunflower or sesame seed)
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients.
    In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over oats mixture; mix well.
    Pour into large pan so it can be spread rather thin.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until lightly toasted.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
