Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can black beans
1 medium/large tomato
3 cilantro leaves, crumbled
1 bunch chopped scallions
1 can/jar salsa
1/2 c. corn kernels
4 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Cook black beans.
Let cool.
Mix chopped tomato, cilantro leaves, scallions, salsa, corn kernels and sour cream.
Pour into black beans.
Chill and serve.
