Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, salt, egg yolks and milk.
    Cook until thick, stirring occasionally.
    Add coconut and vanilla (reserve enough coconut for meringue).
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with stiffly beaten egg whites and coconut.
    Brown in oven at 350\u00b0.
