Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. peeled and shredded zucchini
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. raisins
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 well-greased and floured 9 x 9-inch loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
