Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Process all ingredients and mold into a ball or shape of your choice.
    Serve with strawberry preserves on gingersnaps.
    (I pour the preserves over the mold and serve gingersnaps on the side.)
