Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. gluten flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. powdered milk (optional)
2 tsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. water (very warm, but not hot!)
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients.
Melt butter and add wet ingredients. Mix well until dough is smooth.
Does not need a lot of kneading. Put in large Tupperware bowl and seal.
Keep in warm place for 1 hour, or until bubbly and at least double in size.
Form into a loaf and place in oiled pan.
Let rise another 20 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until nicely browned.
Store in cloth kitchen towel until used up or freeze as soon as covered. Do not refrigerate!
