Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. corn meal
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. corn oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 or 2 chopped jalapeno peppers, seeded
Preparation

Mix corn, cornmeal, oil, salt and garlic salt.
Add eggs, milk and peppers.
Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until solid in middle.
