Simple Tomato Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1 large can tomato juice
    water
    1/3 c. barley
Preparation
    Cover chopped cabbage with water and bring to a boil.
    Spill off water and add tomato juice and barley.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer until barley is soft, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
