Arizona Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 carrots
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel and slice carrots in circles.
    Boil in consomme until tender; drain.
    Put in greased baking dish.
    Cover with soup and almonds.
    Season with salt, pepper and dry mustard; mix well. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
    Serves 4 to 6.
