Hawaiian Fruit Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices whole wheat bread, made into fine crumbs in blender
    1-1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 c. crushed pineapple, no sugar added
    2 med. apples, peeled, cored and grated
    artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. coconut extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a bowl combine ingredients in order given.
    Mix after each addition with wire whip or electric mixer.
    Pour batter into 8 x 8 inch nonstick pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Loosen cake from pan with a spatula.
    Cut into bars, dividing equally into 4 portions.
    Serves 4.
