Mini Cherry Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    24 vanilla wafers
    1 jar cherries
Preparation
    Beat first 5 ingredients until creamy.
    Put vanilla wafers in cupcake liners of muffin tin.
    Add cream cheese mixture (heaping tablespoonful) about 3/4 way full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes (until top cracks).
    Top with cherries.
    Makes 24.
