Chile And Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 lb. peeled green chilies (four 4 oz. cans)
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Grate cheese and layer with chilies in greased casserole dish. Beat 3 eggs with 1 tablespoon milk and one tablespoon of flour. Pour over chilies and cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool well before cutting.
    An 8 or 9-inch dish works best.
