Fish Soup Creole Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 slices ham or bacon, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    4 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) can okra
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can oysters
    1 pt. fresh or canned crab
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can clams
    1 c. fish, cooked (red snapper or salmon)
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    dash of cayenne
    salt and pepper to taste
    fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Simmer onion and ham together until onion is cooked.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer about 1 hour.
