Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat the eggs for five minutes.
    Add sugar.
    Stir in lemon and pumpkin.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Fold into pumpkin mixture.
    Spread in greased and floured cake roll pan.
    Top with nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool for 2 minutes.
