Nut And Lentil Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nuts
    1 onion
    2 c. cooked lentils
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 c. oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Put nuts and onion through food grinder or processor.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
    Serves 6.
