Spaghetti And Vegetables(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. thin spaghetti
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 C. celery chopped
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 Pkg. Frozen broccoli
Preparation
    Cooked spaghetti and drain, toss with 1 tablespoon butter. Saute pepper onion, celery and mushrooms in butter; defrost broccoli in microwave and drain.
    Add broccoli to sauteed vegetables.
    Cook until tender, layer spaghetti in buttered shallow casserole dish, then cheese, then vegetable.
    Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of vegetable.
    Mix milk with soup.
    Add a pinch of cayenne.
    Pour over casserole.
    Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
