Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. tomato juice
    1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce or 2 Tbsp.
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; shape
    into loaf in shallow baking pan. Arrange with slices of
    bacon.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Let
    stand
    for
    5
    minutes
    before
    slicing; makes 4 servings.
    Recipe can be doubled for 8 servings.
