Rob'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    5 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted margarine and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Grease spring-form pan and coat with graham cracker mixture.
    Beat room temperature cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth and creamy.
    Pour into prepared spring-form pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
    Mix sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
    Spread on top of cooled cake.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Wait 8 hours or overnight to serve.
