Southern Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Bisquick mix
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Roll into small balls by hand. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 48 balls.
