Vidalia Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    36 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
    6 Vidalia onions
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam or grease with margarine. Cover bottom of pan with sliced zucchini. Cover zucchini with sliced fresh tomatoes. Cover with crushed saltine crackers. Pour melted margarine over crackers. Sprinkle with about 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
