Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt in saucepan.
Blend with 1/4 cup water until smooth.
Add remaining water.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, a little grated rind and butter.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
