Granny'S Ham And Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ham
    1 large pkg. shredded cheese
    potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Granny always used her leftover ham.
    Ham should be cut into chunks.
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    You can boil potatoes before putting casserole together.
    Place butter in microwave-safe dish and cook on High until melted.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    Whisk in milk and pepper, blending well.
    Cook on High 3 minutes stirring once.
    Whisk until smooth.
    Layer with ham, potatoes, mixture and cheese.
    Continue doing this until you have used all of your ham and potatoes.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 375 \u00b0 until bubbly or potatoes are done.
