Chile Pepper Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta, softened at room temperature
    1 small can chopped green chilies, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Roll out Velveeta with rolling pin between waxed paper (about 15 x 18-inch).
    Spread with cream cheese and chopped green chilies.
    Roll up like a jelly roll, about the size of a round cracker.
    Chill 6 to 8 hours before serving.
