Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean chuck, ground
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and red pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Mix and roll into meat balls.
    Heat 3 tablespoons roux, add 2/3 cup water and simmer.
    Add meat balls and parsley.
    When cooked, serve on hot rice.
