Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can well drained salmon (2 c.)
8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
parsley flakes
Preparation

Remove salmon skin and bones, then flake.
Combine salmon with all ingredients except parsley.
Chill 2 to 3 hours.
Shape into an 8 x 2-inch log.
Roll in parsley.
Makes 16 (1/2-inch) servings.
