Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Sift together flour, cocoa and salt.
    Stir into mixture.
    Add nuts.
    Spread in greased square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes firm but not dry.
